What You'll Do:

- Set up and maintain traffic control devices (cones, signs, barricades)
- Communicate with crew leads and project managers
- Ensure compliance with ATSSA standards and DOT requirements
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions

What You'll Do:
- Oversee traffic control setup and operations on job sites
- Lead and mentor flagging crews
